Mahindra Racing returned to Formula e-podium after over two years, in which NYCK de Vries finished second in Monaco e-Pix. A strong point in Monaco double header inspired the Indian team in third place in the team’s championship.

D Veerais Score Podium Finnish for Mahindra Racing
Talking to Autocar India Jeddah e-Pix Earlier this year, Mahindra Racing Team Principal Frederick Burtrand revealed several significant changes in the team. This year, Mahindra has bounced back to a regular digit scorer and Monaco E-Ax took the team another step forward.
Starting from the fourth on the grid, De Veeras quickly moved to third place after a strong start in the first race. He remained in a podium dispute and even at a point, he took the lead even after passing the Nico Mueller of Andrate on Lap 26. He managed the activity of his attack mode, promoted the fast charging pit and placed two full-cures yellow obstacles in second place and caught Mahindra since his first podium finish 2023 Mexico City e-Pix,
D Vris chased with another strong performance in the second race. Starting from another on the grid, he was once again part of the podium fight. He eventually had to compromise for P5 after he was passed JaguarNick Cassidi and PorscheAntonio Felix da Costa in Closing Laps.
In the second Mahindra car, Edordo Mortara also scored some valuable points. Despite running with a minor front wing damage in the first race, he managed his energy and used Pit Boost Window to overkut many of his rivals. After this, he passed Muller on the flag checked on the run to finish fourth.
Race 2 was a difficult case for Mortara. After brushing the wall at his last attempt in merit, he had to start from P21. He chose his way through chaos to finish the P12 in the race.
Monaco e-Pix: Nissan, Envision Win Race

NissanOliver Rolland pulled another strategic masterclass to win the first race. He correctly corrected the use of his attack mode and took full advantage of the power boost to slices both Andreti drivers and D Veeras N route. Andrati’s Jake Dennis completed the podium.
In the second race, the Sebastian Bumi of Envision performed a surprising victory (first in about six years) under moist circumstances. The Swiss driver took advantage of the fight for the race lead and Jean Eric Worgen Messi. He then used the attack mode to pass de Veer for the lead and pulled out from the front. Rolland recovered to finish second, followed by Cassidi.
2025 Formula e Championship Standing
After winning three out of seven races so far this season, Rolland led the 48 -point championship from DA Costa. Pascal Vehrlin is in total third place, which is just one point behind his Porsche team partner Da Costa. Mahindra’s Day Veer and Mortara are overall P5 and P8.
In the teams’ championships, Porsche currently moves forward in this way, although just seven points ahead of Nissan. In Monaco, Mahindra’s strong form took the team to third place, which is 42 points away.
