In response to the possible appointment of Udhayanidhi stalin as Deputy CM, Aadhav Arjun, VCK deputy general secretary, criticized the move in an interview with Thanti TV. Without directly naming Udhayanidhi, Arjun questioned why “someone who came from movies only yesterday” should be elevated to such a high political post. He added that power-sharing in the Cabinet is crucial for the VCK and other allies, indicating a need for more balanced representation.
