Citroen c3 The Dark Edition has been launched at an initial price of Rs 8.38 lakh. The Dark Edition is based on the top-spec shine trim of the C3 hatchback and brings many black-out styling Citroen Says, “Youth, style-conscious buyers”.

Citroen C3 Dark Edition Interior and Features
As indicated Citroen’s recent dark edition teaserThe C3 Dark Edition’s cabin exterior shows the exterior externally with carbon-black finish for dashboard, steering wheel, seat and center console among other bits. Black-out treatment is accompanied by lava red stitching and detailing for some sporty flair, and AC vents and gear lever get gloss-black accents.

Citroen C3 Dark Edition Engine and Gearbox
Changes in C3 Dark Edition are purely cosmetic, so it remains mechanically similar to standard variants. The Shine variant comes with two engine options. One of these is a 1.2-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine that is developing 82hp and 115Nm, which is fully for a 5-speed manual gearbox. Buyers looking for more power and automatic transmission can go with a 1.2-liter turbo-petrol unit, which is good for 110hp and up to 205Nm and up to 6-speed manual or 6-speed torque converter auto.

Feel that the trim C3 is included in the line-up
C3, along with the Dark Edition debut, Citroen has announced to add a feel trim to the portfolio of the hatchback. While prices for feel trim have not yet appeared, this will be the possibility of slot under the base variant (live) and mid-species (O). The C3 Feel consists of remote keyless entry, powered window such as adjustable wing mirror, LED daytime running headlights, a passenger sun wisor with vanity mirror, two front airbags and a spare wheel.
In addition, the feel (O) trim now gets some new features, ie the indicators on the wing mirror and the adjustable headrest on the front seats, and the C3 Shine can be made in a new black paint finish.
C3 is now E20- corresponding
All C3 variants have been certified according to the E20 fuel (20 percent ethanol and 80 percent petrol mixture) as per government rules, which came into force on 1 April. Now, C3 cars also come with a 45-liter fuel tank.
