Iranian media, citing state television, claimed that reports of an Iranian missile strike on Israel following the ceasefire were “denied.”Earlier, military actions “to punish Israel for its aggression continued until the very last minute, at 4am,” according to Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. This was prior to the implementation of the ceasefire.

1. According to Iranian state television, Iran’s military denied firing missiles at Israel just hours after a ceasefire was scheduled to start. The denial was made by the general staff of Iran’s armed forces, which includes the country’s regular military and paramilitary Revolutionary Guard, according to the report.
2. Iran has “completely violated” the ceasefire, according to Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz. Katz claimed that he gave the Israeli military orders to start attacking Iranian government and paramilitary targets again.
3. Tasnim News Agency claims that Israel is using missile launches as a psychological tactic to create a division between the battlefield and diplomacy.
4. According to IDF Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Eyal Zamir, they “will strike with force after Iran’s grave violation of the ceasefire.”
5. Following American strikes on its nuclear facilities, Iran attacked a significant US military base on Qatari territory, prompting Qatar to call in the Iranian ambassador.
6. A ceasefire in Iran’s war with Israel was earlier announced by Iranian state television, despite Israel’s warnings of a fresh missile barrage from Iran.
