Vice-President Kamala Harris is in “excellent health” and fully capable of fulfilling presidential duties, according to a medical report released by the White House on October 12, 2024. The report, published as Harris pushes Donald Trump to disclose his health status, shows she is physically and mentally fit for the presidency.
Health Conditions and Management
The report, authored by Harris’s physician Joshua Simmons, highlighted that her most recent physical exam in April was “unremarkable.” Ms. Harris suffers from manageable conditions such as seasonal allergies and hives, which are treated with both prescription and non-prescription medications. She is also slightly nearsighted and wears contact lenses.
