We are a family of six, but generally, only five of us travel together. We already have a Celerio CNG and are looking for another car which is less than 20 lakh rupees. Should I go to Tata Curve Diesel with a comfortable seating for the 7-seat base variants of five and good boot space or Hyundai Alakzar?

Autocar India says: Between the diesel versions of Curvv and Alcazar, Alcazar is a better option. However, the top variants will be beyond your budget of Rs 20 lakh. Curvv is good to drive a diesel and has a comfortable ride, but its back seats are not huge or comfortable as alkaar. In fact, Curvv’s sloping roof eats in the headroom, while Alkaar makes a better option to seat five, with its high ceiling and 3-ride design. In addition, the third line of Alakzar allows you to travel with six passengers, and the quality and reliability of Alakzar is better than CurvV. Therefore, apart from its price, Alakzar is a better option for your needs.
