Taylor Swift added a royal twist to her Eras Tour show at Wembley Stadium in London, where she was joined backstage by Prince William and their children Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Following her performance on Friday, Swift posted a group selfie on her Instagram account with her boyfriend Travis Kelsey and the royal family celebrating Prince William's 42nd birthday.

“Happy Birthday M8! The London show is off to a great start,” Swift wrote in a caption alongside the group selfie, marking the special occasion.

Prince William echoed the sentiment by sharing another photo of the group and thanking Taylor Swift for a memorable evening.

Earlier, Swift was welcomed to London with the traditional Changing of the Guard ceremony at Buckingham Palace, where soldiers sang her hit song “Shake It Off,” according to Deadline.

The royal family shared a video of the ceremony, jokingly titled 'Changing of the Guard (Taylor's Version), before reportedly watching Swift's show from a private box. The 89,000 audience included celebrities Bridgerton star Nicola Coughlan, actress Salma Hayek, model Cara Delevingne, opposition leader Keir Starmer and London Mayor Sadiq Khan.

During her performance, Swift performed the song “The Black Dog”, a bonus track from “Tortured Poets Department”, which is rumored to be a reference to a London pub frequented by her ex-boyfriend Joe Alwyn.
