Kia Showed a hatchback version of his K4 nameplate (Currently sold as a sedan 2025 New York International Auto Show in some foreign markets). Although the Korean car manufacturer teased the new body style last year, this is the first time it has revealed it completely. Volkswagen Golf, a rival, K4 hatchback is expected to be introduced in major markets in North America, Middle East and Asia by the end of 2025.

Naturally aspirated and turbo petrol engine

All-nuns get two engine options: a 2.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol (147hp, 179Nm) and 1.6-liter turbo-petrol (190hp, 264Nm). While the NA mill is combined with the brand’s IVT unit, sports blocks get an 8-speed automatic transmission. Three variants will be on the proposal: Ex, GT-Line and GT-Line Turbo. The GT-line variant will have a sports-tune suspension, which claims the brand, improves handling.

The dashboard of the K4 hatchback looks similar to its sedan cybbing, with two 12.3-inch display for entertainment and instrumentation as well as 5-inch HVAC display. Other features include wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a 360-degree camera setup, a Harman Cardon Sound System, Hot and Hot-Front Seats, A Sunroof, Over-The-Air Update (OTA), Connected Car Tech and 29 ADAS features.

From the front, the hatchback looks similar to the sedan, with notable similarities such as EV9-inspired vertical stacked LED headlights, T-shaped lamps and a slim signature tiger nose grill. Changes become clear only in the profile. The car is 279 mm smaller than the 4,710 mm-lumby sedan. The spiiler “is originally integrated with the rear, resulting in a smooth, modern profile”, said that during the unveiling of the car, the Executive Director of the Product Scheme in Kia North America said, orth headric.
The boot is much higher than the space sedan version.
However, alloy wheels (16 to 18 inches probability) and tail-light design are unchanged. Kia claims that the hatchback has a 628-liter boot space, which is 52 percent more than the sedan counterpart. It is expandable for 1,679 liters with second line seats.
