‘Billa Ranga Baasha’: Kiccha Sudeep collaborates with Anup Bhandari and the makers of ‘Hanuman’ to create a magnum opus

Kannada superstar Kiccha Sudeep and director Anup Bhandari have come together for a new film. Billa Ranga Basha. This pan-India magnum opus will be produced by K Niranjan Reddy and Chaitanya Reddy under the banner of Primeshow Entertainment. Hanuman, Blockbuster Telugu movie starring Teja Sajja and directed by Prasanth Varma.

Anup had earlier made an action thriller vikrant rona (2022) with Sudeep. The film was announced on the occasion of Sudeep’s birthday on Monday (September 02, 2024). The makers have released a concept video that introduces the story set in the future. Set in 2209 A.D., the Statue of Liberty, the Eiffel Tower and the Taj Mahal are all destroyed and it seems like one man has conquered everything.

“Niranjan Reddy wanted to collaborate with me vikrant rona And we met before during post production Hanuman. When I told him that my next film will also be with Kichcha Sudeep and also told him the story Billa Ranga Basha And he was thrilled to see the world it was set in. He wanted to make his next project on a bigger scale,” said Anup Bhandari.

Meanwhile, Sudeep awaits his release. Maximum. Directed by Vijay Karthikeya, the film is produced by Kalaipui S Thanu’s V Creations and Sudeep’s Kiccha Creations. The film stars Sharath Lohitashwa, Sunil and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in important roles.
