I did a lot of homework because I wanted to bring a different level to my acting. For example, I tried hard to ensure that the way I cried did not look like a copy of any other actor.”

Beena is the joint winner of the State Film Award this year along with veteran Urvashi Rautela.Ullojhukku), who won the acting honor for a record sixth time.
